• General Terms & Conditions
  • 1. These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions" or "T&C") shall be valid for all betting games offered by SV Gaming trading under the name and style of “BetKing” (a company duly registered under the laws of Nigeria, with company registration RC 1419108)
    2. BetKing shall offer betting services through various channels not limited to POS, SMS, USSD hereon referred to as ‘the service".
    3. By using the service you are bound by the following terms and conditions:
    • The General Terms and Conditions;
    • The Live Betting Rules;
    • The Privacy Policy;
    • The General Sports Betting Rules
    • Any terms and conditions and/or rules concerning bonuses, promotions and special offers which may be advertised in any part of our website;
    • Any further terms and conditions contained in any of the software which you may download in order to be able to use the services we provide.
    4. All the terms and conditions listed in this page shall together be referred to as "the Terms of Use". "User" and "Customer", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing the Service and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. Whenever the Customer uses the service such as to place a bet or to participate in any of the promotions offered, he agrees to be bound by the Terms of Use, including any amendment which may periodically take place.
    5. The Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between the Customer and the Company and supersede any and all prior agreements, representations, understandings, statements made by its agents and its employees
    6. By using the service the Customer confirms that he/she has reached the age of 18 or such legal age as he/she must have reached under the laws governing betting that are applicable to him/her. Irrespective of national regulations concerning the legal age, however, BetKing does not accept any Users under the age of 18. BetKing reserves the right to verify any Customer's statement of age and to exclude Customers from its services if there are any doubts regarding the attainment of the minimum age required. Any Customer using our services, who is identified as underage, shall have all his winnings forfeited and his/her (betting) account (hereinafter referred to as the "Account" shall be blocked immediately.
    7. Non-Commercial, non-professional purposes: the Customer´s interest in using the service is of a personal nature, and is to be used purely for personal entertainment. Any commercial and professional interest is discarded.
    8. BetKing does not warrant the constant availability and functionality of all or any products offered by BetKing. BetKing may not be held liable and will be held harmless by the Customer for any damages, losses, costs, loss of profits or any other disadvantage a Customer may incur in connection with any disconnection from or the non-availability of any of the products offered by BetKing for whatever reason.
    9. BetKing cannot be held liable in any case for any damage or loss caused directly or indirectly by the service or by its contents or by the contents provided by a third party unless they are based on intentional or gross negligence.
    10. BetKing shall not be liable if the Customer is unable to place a bet due to congestion on the sums system or any other electronic communication media used for the purposes of betting.
    11. All indicated dates and times are based on WAT (West Africa Time) unless stipulated otherwise.
    12. Any exception to the existing Terms of Use will be communicated in written form to the Customer. Any verbal statement made by BetKing employees or affiliates will not be considered in case of a dispute.
    13. The betting contract, as well as any other legal relationship between the Customer and the Company, for every circumstance not regulated by the Terms of Use, is subject to Nigerian laws.
    14. The betting service is only available in Nigeria and in Nigerian Naira (NGN) only.
• REGISTERING AN ACCOUNT

  • To play at BetKing, you will need to first register for an account by choosing a unique username and password and entering other information such as your first and last name, full address, email address, date of birth and telephone number. Only true and current information must be submitted and this information must be updated as necessary to keep it true and current.

     

    Participation in Betting or Games is forbidden for whomever and/or wherever prohibited by law. All players must be the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction or at least 18 years of age if no age of majority is specified (whichever is greater). No persons under this age limit are permitted to use the BetKing website or services in any way. SV Gaming Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any false information provided by the user with regards to age or legal capacity to use the BetKing website. SV Gaming Ltd. reserves the right to ask the Account Holder for proof of age at any time it deems necessary.

     

    An applicant can only use Nigerian Naira.

    SV Gaming Ltd. allows only one account per person and these details are stored and checked in our database periodically. Should we have reasonable suspicions that any Account Holder has opened multiple accounts with us we reserve the right in our absolute discretion to freeze that account or to close the account immediately and the customer shall forfeit all his winnings. Account Holders should also note that their original deposits will not be refunded. Account Holders shall also be liable towards SV Gaming Ltd. for damages and costs incurred as a result of the fraud. All new registrations are monitored to ensure that duplicate accounts are not created.

     

    Every holder shall treat his account as a bank account and must be discrete about the password. However, when making withdrawals, account holders may select any account they wish their withdrawal to be transferred into.

     

    To maintain a high level of security, SV Gaming Ltd. reserve the right to conduct a security review at any time, especially prior to processing the Account Holder’s withdrawal request, to validate identity and financial transactions. To facilitate these security checks, Account Holders will be asked to provide such identification or other information or documentation as SV Gaming Ltd. deems necessary. If Account Holders fail to comply with any security request, SV Gaming Ltd. reserves the right to void the Account and freeze the account’s monetary balance. Account Holders will be notified of such verification request by electronic mail and Account Balances will be forfeited if the requested documentation is not provided within 7 days.

     

    The necessary documentation to verify your account include but is not limited to:

     

    A scanned image of Passport or Government issued ID

    A recent Utility Bill or Bank Statement showing clearly your Name and Address.

    A copy of the front and back of the Bankcard used on your account showing the first 6 and the last 4 digits present on the front of the card. Please ensure the last 3 digits at the back of the card are hidden (if applicable)

    Proof of ownership of the bank account in your name

    SV Gaming Ltd recommends that Account Holders send us their official personal identification documents even if this is not requested. This will facilitate matters at withdrawal stage. Account Holders wishing to send us such documents of their own free will may do so by emailing them to cs@betking.com

     

• MANAGING AN ACCOUNT
  • 1. Account Holders may access their account online by visiting www.BetKing.com and entering their Username and Password. The Account Holder is obliged to keep his/her Username and Password private and confidential. Any unauthorized use of the Username or Password shall be the sole responsibility of the Account Holder. Account Holders should not allow third parties to access or to make use of their account. Using personal details pertaining to third parties even with their permission is a serious offense.

     

    2. By opening a BetKing account and by placing a bet, the User warrants that he/she has reached the minimum legal age for participation. In addition by opening a BetKing account and by placing a bet, the User confirms that he or she retains the legal capacity to enter into an agreement with the Company. If one of these conditions is not respected the User's account will be closed and all other necessary measures will be implemented.

     

    3. The Account Holder has the absolute obligation to notify in writing by sending an email to our Security Team in case s/he discovers the unlawful or unauthorized use of his/her Username and Password. Any liabilities arising from such matters shall be the sole responsibility of the Account Holder.

     

    4. To place bets and gamble on BetKing, Account Holders are required to deposit funds into the Account by any of the methods specified at BetKing website, which may change from time to time in Company’s sole discretion. Generally, funds will be promptly deposited into your Account upon actual receipt of funds by Company and/or its agents.

     

    5. Maximum and minimum limits apply to deposits depending on your history with BetKing, the method of deposit, and as determined solely by the Company. All funds will be paid, tracked and maintained in the currency chosen upon registration and shall not bear interest.

     

    6. By funding their BetKing gaming account, Account Holders also acknowledge that any payments made with any depositing option available, in particular Debit/Credit Cards, are irrevocable. In addition, the name on your Account must match your true and legal name, and identity and the name that is provided on your Account registration must match the name that is found on any payment account used to transfer monies into and out of your Account unless you have elected to use a different account when placing a withdrawal request.

     

    7. may engage third-party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions “Payment Processors” to process transactions related to your Account. You hereby authorize SV Gaming Ltd to instruct such Payment Processors to handle deposits and withdrawals from your Account in accordance with requests made by you using the Services. You shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the Payment Processors. SV Gaming Ltd. shall not be liable for unlawful behavior or misconduct of any Payment Processor.

     

    8. An Administration Fee of 25% (Twenty Five Percent) will be charged on the value of the withdrawal request for withdrawal requests without a history of gameplay depending on the amount and the method used to fund and withdraw from your account.

     

    9. As you are aware, the right to access and/or use the Website (including any or all of the products offered via the Website) may be illegal in certain countries (including but not limited to, for example, the USA). You are responsible for determining whether your accessing and/or use of the Website is compliant with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and you attest that gambling is not illegal in the territory where you reside. The website does not constitute an offer, solicitation or invitation by BetKing for the use of betting or other services in any Countries where such activities are deemed to be illegal. Each person should ensure that he/she would be acting legally in the Country where he/she is located while accepting the terms of Use as an individual Customer of BetKing and betting through the website.

     

    10. By checking the "I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and I accept the Age Verification and Privacy Policy, and that I understand and accept the General Terms and Conditions" checkbox upon registration, you represent and warrant that you fully understand and agree to comply with all of the following terms and conditions, and that failure to abide by these terms and conditions may result in disqualification, account closure, forfeiture of funds and/or legal action against you. If you have any questions as to these terms and conditions, we encourage you to seek independent counsel prior to checking the box.

     

    11. You fully understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and as modified and/or changed from time to time. BetKing reserves the right to modify and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time with or without notice. Such amendments will become effective immediately upon being posted at BetKing.com. It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions and amendments hereto each time you play. Accounts may be suspended if frequent withdrawal requests are made without a history of game-play and the company has the right to freeze the account and hold the money until it has done a full investigation into the account.

     

    12. All amounts cashed out are subject to the transaction limits and processing fees if applicable as set forth by SV Gaming Ltd. and may change from time to time in Company’s sole discretion. Further, the Company may report and withhold any amount from winnings as required by law, and in any event, all federal, state and local taxes due in connection with any winnings awarded to you are your sole liability.

     

    13. Payment of funds cashed out can be made by bank wire, e-wallets and/or any other manner which the Company selects in its sole discretion. Requests equal to or greater than N250,000 (Two Hundred and fifty thousand Naira) will require you to submit a valid form of identification along with proof of a physical/billing address. Also, a cumulative total of N250,000 (Two Hundred and fifty thousand Naira) in deposits, withdrawals or transfers may require the account to be verified. Payments will be made as promptly as possible, subject to any necessary security reviews by the Company.

     

    14. It is prohibited for Customers to buy, sell or transfer accounts to other Customers.

     

    15. All personal data is stored in the database of the company and will not be passed on to third parties unless recurring the terms set out in the Privacy Policy Section. BetKing reserves the right to relay suspected offender's saved details to sporting bodies, authorities or any other third party, which deals with the investigation of offenses concerning match or price manipulation.     16. Every Customer may only open one account with us. BetKing retains the right to close the betting account of any Customer who has opened multiple betting accounts under his/her name or under different names. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that multiple betting accounts (also under different names) have been opened with the intention of defrauding the Company, we retain the right to cancel any transaction related to the said fraud attempt.

     

    17. After opening an account the Customer must keep username, password and/or account number a secret. All transactions where your username and password and /or account number have been entered correctly will be regarded as valid whether or not they have been authorized by the registered Account holder. Any account registration may be subject to KYC processes. The Company shall not be liable for any claims in the event that the Player gives away, tells, shares or loses his/her username, password or account number.

     

    18. The Customer is entitled to apply for the closing of his Account whenever he/she wishes by requesting it to the Customer Service in written form. The effective closure of the Account will correspond to the termination of the Terms of Use. In case the reason behind the closure of the Account is related to concerns about possible gambling addiction the Customer shall indicate it.

     

    19. In accordance with the legal period of warranty requested by law all the personal details saved in our system will only be deleted at your express request after the expiration of the respite period of seven (7) years.

     

    20. A closed Account may be reopened when requested by its owner and granted by the Company. In such circumstances, he/she will be subject to the Terms of Use that are in force at the date of the re-opening.

     

    21. BetKing reserves the right to cancel your BetKing account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you and reserves the right, in its discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your BetKing account in any of the following circumstances:
    22. a) If you have more than one active account at BetKing
    23. b) If the name on your BetKing account registration does not match the name on the credit/debit card(s) or other payment accounts used to make purchases or withdrawals at BetKing and for which supporting documentation is not provided when requested.
    24. c) If you provide incorrect or misleading registration information;
    25. d) If you are not of legal age;
    26. e) If you connect from a jurisdiction where participation in the games is prohibited by law
    27. f) If your account has been used for fraudulent or money laundering purposes.
    28. g) If you are found making use of robotic, mechanical, or electronic or other devices to automatically make decisions in any game offered on BetKing.com website.
    29. h) If you are found cheating or been involved in collusion or chip dumping.
    30. i) If you have “charged back” or denied any of the purchases or deposits that you have made to your Account;
    31. j) If you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions set forth
    32. k) If BetKing. Should become aware that you have played at any other online gaming site under any of the circumstances set out at a) to j) above.
    33. l) If your BetKing account is linked to any BetKing account that failed to comply with ANY articles mentioned above.
    34. m) If you have made an initial deposit to attract a welcome bonus and attempted to make a withdrawal
    35. A customer is not allowed to transfer funds from his/her Account to other Users or to receive money from other Users into his Account, or to transfer, sell and/or acquire user accounts.

    24. If, in the Company’s sole determination, you are found to have cheated or attempted to defraud the Games, BetKing, or SV Gaming Ltd. in any way, including but not limited to game manipulation or payment fraud, or if you make untrue and/or malicious comments with regards to Company’s operation, Company reserves the right to publicize your actions. Further, the Company may close accounts, and forfeit account balances, that you have at BetKing.

     

    25. Furthermore, a person found to have been involved in fraud, dishonesty or online criminal acts of any kind will be required to indemnify SV Gaming Ltd. for any losses or costs sustained, arising directly or indirectly from such actions.

     

    26. All financial transactions are constantly monitored and any suspicious transactions will be reported to the authorities concerned.

     

    27. Abusive or offensive language will not be tolerated by Company staff. Any violation of this policy will result in a suspension of playing privileges or such other action as may be required by Company to ensure compliance.

     

    Please note that:

    Funds deposited are valid indefinitely, but if no transaction has been recorded in a BetKing account for twelve (12) months, BetKing shall remit the balance in that account to the Account Holder deducting a service charge of N10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira) for every month.

     

• BET ACCEPTANCE

  • BetKing will only accept bets made online or through a registered agent that have generated a BetKing Betslip or Coupon ID, bets will not be accepted in any other form. The following rules will apply to the accepting of bets:

     

    • You must make sure that the details of your bets are correct because once they have been placed with us and accepted, they cannot be canceled or changed by you.
    • Bets will not be considered as accepted until they are reviewed by our Odd Compilers. For which confirmation may be obtained by accessing the betting list from your gaming account. Only in such cases, the coupon is considered as accepted.
    • Should any dispute arise regarding bets placed online, then the transaction log in the database will be examined and this will determine the dispute.
    • BetKing reserves the right to refuse all, or part, of any bet, requested without notification.
    • It is at the Account Holder’s discretion to ensure whether a bet was accepted or refused SV Gaming Ltd. reserves the right to suspend a market at any time
    • Bets will be processed in the order in which they are received.

     

    Customers must register their bet requests as individuals. Repeated requests containing the same selections from the same or different customers may be subsequently deemed void in the following circumstances:

    Where SV Gaming Ltd. believes the customers are acting in collusion or as a syndicate.

    Where bet requests are registered within a short time of another.

    In any one of the cases, SV Gaming Ltd. may pay out only an amount that would have been accepted for one customer placing one bet. SV Gaming Ltd. will inform the customer by e-mail, phone or telefax and the intended stake will be left on the customer's betting account. Where a selection is made void, in Single bets the stakes will be returned. In accumulative bets, the stake will stand for the remaining selections with a Double becoming a Single, a Treble becoming a Double etc.

     

    The “possible winnings” section is for information only and all bets will be settled upon the basis of the stake at the accepted odds.

    Should your selection include a non-runner or a void selection in a multiple bet, then the bet will be settled on the basis of the remaining selections.

    Unless otherwise stated in these special Rules, the result of a sports event or race will be that which is declared by the relevant sport's governing body immediately upon the conclusion of the event. If a subsequent inquiry results in an alteration to the previously declared result, then notwithstanding this outcome, the original settlement of bets will stand. For example, horseracing bets will be settled on the basis of the official result at the weigh-in and will not be affected by any subsequent inquiries.

    If the venue for any sporting event is changed, then all bets placed prior to the announcement of the change will be void.

     

     The times of the events cited on the website are only indicative and subject to change by various sports federation. Consequently, bets inadvertently placed after the start of an event will be considered invalid, without prejudice to the other events which may be included in a multiple bet.

    We reserve the right to delay a winning to validate if the bet was placed after the game had started.

    If we find the instructions to be ambiguous and the ambiguity cannot be resolved before the start of the event then we reserve the right to void the bet, win or lose.

    The live timer is used to ascertain that a bet cannot be placed before a goal or an important event during the match (e.g. Sent off).

    For display purposes, the odds are reported to two decimal places. When multiplied they often generate a number beyond the cent. In this case, the following rule of rounding is used: 0.0 to 0.4 is rounded to 0.0; 0.5 to 0.9 is rounded up to 1.0.

    
    The system calculates the winnings with high precision and then rounds the values. For instance, if the total odds are 101.2987, it will be displayed as 101.3.

    
    Winnings are however calculated on the original odds and not the rounded figure. An instance is depicted below;
    Stake: 10
    Total odd: 101.2987
    Winning: 1012.987
    Actual winnings: 1012.99

    All bets placed on a bookmaker are a gambling agreement between the bettor and the Company. Up to the time of suspension of bets accepted by BetKing, all bets previously placed must be considered as a registered contract and therefore cannot be deleted.

     

    If a bet needs to be evaluated by the trader, BetKing reserves the right to reject the bet if the stake is deemed excessive or the bet placed is not aligned with the market.

     

• WINNINGS

  • The maximum winnings for any one customer in-shop in any one day shall be Ten Million Naira (N10,000,000) in Lagos and Forty Million Naira (N40,000,000) outside of Lagos and online

    Payout limits apply to each customer or group of customers who play the same or similar selection or combination of selections, even though divided into a series of bets, at different odds and even if carried out on different days or at different locations. If BetKing suspects that one or more bets have been made following this procedure, BetKing reserves the right to withdraw from these contracts considered abnormal and the total payment will be limited to a one-time the maximum payout as above listed. BetKing reserves the right to publish the information of any winner that wins above One Million Naira (1,000,000) on Sports and or Two Hundred Thousand Naira  (N200,000) on Virtual for marketing purposes. BetKing also reserves the right to invite the winner to our offices to take photographs to be used for marketing purposes before payment of the winning.

    If winnings are credited to an account for payment in error and are used as stakes, then SV Gaming Ltd. (BetKing) reserves the right to void any transactions involving such funds.

    In the event that BetKing does not have an official statement by any official federation authority within 48 hours of the end of the game, we reserve the right to cancel the bet.

     

• EX AEQUO RULE:

  • An "ex aequo” occurs when two or more participants in an event come in a tie for the first and second place.

    In the event of two selections that end in an "ex aequo", the client’s bet is divided, with half of the stake applied to the winning selection and the other half lost.

    With more than two selections, the stake is divided proportionally.

    The presence or absence of specific information on any event being bet on, such as events played on "neutral fields" or any changes to the playing surface, will not be cause for cancellation or refund of the bet. It is the bettor’s responsibility to be informed on such updates regarding the event being bet on.

     

• WINNINGS ABOVE N250,000

  • In compliance to EFCC KYC (Know Your Customer) Policy, SV Gaming (BetKing) will require a valid means of identification to enable us to process a withdrawal request for such winning. The acceptable valid means of identification are driver's license, international passport, national identity card, or voter's card. If the event that we do not receive the required document, SV Gaming (BetKing) reserves the right to hold the winning till validation is complete.

• ANTE-POST/ OUTRIGHT/ WINNING

  • The rule of "non-runner" concerns the revision of odds on bets placed that result won in the case that one or more competitors in the market do not participate, retires or should be excluded from the event. In this case, a reduction factor will be applied to the odds of the remaining participants of the event. The reduction factor will be calculated taking into account his winning probability which will then be applied to the winning bets.

    The reductions will be applied to placed bets.

    Example: If the final reduction factor of a non- runner is equal to 25% of the value of the average odd placed (fixed odd equal to 4), the bets placed will be reduced by 25%, therefore a placed bet with odd at 8.00 will become of 6.00 and so on and so forth. If another player does not participate, retires or is excluded from the event, such values can be further reduced.

    The 'reduction factor' established will be applied at BetKing’s discretion.

    For any event where a specific rule is not specified on the BetKing site, all decisions on such event will be up to BetKing’s discretion.

    All the results and statistics are sent by BetRadar.com. All the bets are settled once official results are sent by BetRadar.com. Statistics provided by the official score(s) provider or the official website of the relevant competition or fixture will be used to settle wagers. Where statistics from an official score(s) provider or official website are not available or there is significant evidence that the official score(s) provider or official website is incorrect, we will use independent evidence to support bet settlement. Should there be an incorrect result BetKing reserves the right to delay the payout of the winning until it has completed its investigation. In the case of an incorrect odd, BetKing reserves the right to reduce the odds to the correct amount at is sole discretion using the average of 3 websites of its choice.

• DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS
  • 1. The Customer has the possibility to increase the balance of his account with one of the payment methods made available by BetKing. The Customer can similarly withdraw the residual balance using a payment method provided by BetKing.
       
       
    2. Withdrawals will be remitted to the account that the user enters when requesting the withdrawal. Withdrawals may be subject to the details of the account holder matching the details of the user. No withdrawal will be authorized if it appears to be linked with transactions predominantly performed with the purpose of allowing the transfer of money from a payment means to another. If such a circumstance occurs, the relevant amount may only be remitted to the player through the same payment means from which the money deposited into the player’s account originated.
       
       
    3. In order to perform any transaction BetKing may undertake any such verification checks as may be required by ourselves or by third parties (including, but not limited to, regulatory bodies) to confirm the legal ownership and the origin of the money implicated, the identity of the applicant and to comply with the relevant Anti Money Laundering Provisions.
       
       
    4. In order to withdraw your money, you might be requested to send us a copy of your ID (front/rear). Whenever a transaction is made through bank transfer, credit card or electronic wallet, the first withdrawal request will be processed only after a security check has been performed. In such instances you may be required to supply the following papers together with the ID, in order to comply with our security policies:
    • In case of card transactions, a copy of both sides of each of the cards used duly signed by the owner;
    • A copy of an official document showing your billing address if it differs from the one registered in the ID;
    • Any other document that may be relevant in order to complete the check.
    • Full compliance with our requests will speed up the verification process.
      
      

    5. In compliance with EFCC KYC (Know Your Customer) Policy, SV Gaming (BetKing) will require a valid means of identification to enable us to process any withdrawal request for winnings above N250,000. The acceptable valid means of Identification are driver's license, international passport, national identity card, or voter's card. If the event that we do not receive the required document, SV Gaming (BetKing) reserves the right to hold the winning till validation is complete.

    6. All withdrawals from betting accounts will be subject to audit before being processed. If the audit shows that the Customer has violated the provisions of the Terms of Use, BetKing may reclaim any bonuses or winnings previously attributed.
       
       
    7. Payouts handled manually through an ordinary bank transfer are processed within 5 banking days. However, the Customer acknowledges that the Banks determines when the payment is made and BetKing cannot do anything to speed up this process. As an alternative, withdrawals through QuickTeller transfer etc. are usually processed within 24 hours from the request. BetKing reserves the right to carry out additional verification procedures for pay-outs exceeding a certain amount, or when there is a suspicion of misuse of accounts or money laundering.
       
       
    8. The Customer agrees not to attempt any charge-backs, reversals or otherwise cancel any deposit previously made in his/her Account. Whenever any such event should occur the Customer commits to refund BetKing for the unpaid deposits and for possible expenses resulting from the recollection of the misplaced money.
       
       
    9. BetKing will hold the funds deposited in the Account as trustee for the Customer and not as his/her banker or debtor. Accordingly, there will be no obligation on the part of BetKing to repay money to the Customer as his/her debtor.
       
       
    10. BetKing reserves the right to limit or to refuse bets.
        
        
    11. Funds deposited in the Account, as well as winnings or other amounts not yet credited, shall not attract any interest.
        
        
    12. BetKing may delay the withdrawal of any funds if they have a reason to believe that the winning amount is incorrect to allow them to investigate.

     

• INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• First Deposit Sportsbook Bonus
  • 1. The bonus matches 100% of your first deposit up to NGN 100,000.
       
       This means:
       • if you deposit 1,000NGN, you will get another NGN 1,000 of bonus.
       • If you deposit NGN 200,000 you will get an additional NGN 100,000.
    2. The minimum deposit is N100.
    3. As soon as you make your first deposit, you will be given the option to activate the bonus from the “Bonus” page in the My Account section. You can opt for the bonus program by clicking the “Activate” bonus button.

• Contributing / Non-Contributing Bets</span

    In all these cases BetKing reserves the right to cancel all the bets accepted containing such an error, or to correct the mistake made re-settling all the bets at the correct prices/spreads/terms that should have been available at the time that the bet was placed in the absence of the error.

    2. The Customer has an obligation to inform BetKing as soon as possible of any amount wrongly credited on his/her account. BetKing may at any time set off any positive balance resulting from the erroneous operation, as well as cancel possible bets or transactions made with the erroneously credited funds.
    3. Neither we (including our employees or agents) nor our partners or suppliers are liable for any loss resulting from any error made. Bets placed in order to cover flawed bets will stand valid if not impaired by errors.
