How do I activate my Bonus?

What bonus amount will I receive?

We’ll match 200% of your first successful deposit from ₦100 up to ₦200,000.

  • If you deposit ₦1,000, you will receive ₦2,000 bonus.
  • If you deposit ₦50,000, you will receive ₦100,000 bonus.
  • If you deposit ₦300,000, you will receive ₦200,000 bonus.

 

Why is my bonus locked?

  • Your bonus amount is not playable from the bonus wallet. To unlock your bonus, you’ll need to meet the bonus wagering requirements.

 

How can I convert my bonus into real money?

You’ll need to wager 2x your first deposit amount using your own money.

For example, if your first deposit is ₦1,000 you need to wager ₦2,000 in real money.

If your first deposit amount runs out before you have met your bonus wagering requirements, you may deposit again to continue your progress towards your bonus wagering requirement.

Bets placed must meet the following criteria to count toward the bonus wagering requirement:

  • Sports bets only
  • Minimum odds per selection 1.5
  • Minimum 5 selections per coupon
  • Single, combination, or split bets do not count
  • Void, cancelled, or cashed out bets do not count
  • Subsequent bet coupons containing the same event ID or similar events do not count
  • Bet coupon must be settled
  • Selections in a multiple bet whose results are voided, half-won or half-lost do not count. For example, if a Draw-No-Bet selection is void due to a draw. Nevertheless, if the remaining selections meet the wagering criteria, then the bet will count.
  • Virtual Bets do not count

 

Does my bonus have an expiry date?

  • Yes, the bonus is valid for 30 days from the date it is activated.

 

How do I verify my bank details?

  • To protect your account security, we’ll need to verify your bank details before you can activate your bonus. We can verify most bank accounts immediately. To avoid any delays, please make sure your name matches on your bank account and BetKing account.

Can I withdraw from my bonus wallet?

  • No, bonus funds from the bonus wallet are not withdrawable. You can withdraw winnings from your real money wallet at any time. This does not affect any active bonus balance. Once your bonus is unlocked and transferred into your real money wallet you may withdraw or continue playing this amount.

  1. The welcome bonus is available to new online customers who have not made a first deposit (the “Welcome Bonus”)
  2. 200% of the first deposit amount will be credited to the bonus wallet once the bonus is activated. Maximum bonus amount ₦200,000.
  3. To activate the Welcome Bonus:
  4. Make a successful first deposit with real money
  5. Go to My Account > Bonuses > Inactive Bonuses > Activate
  6. Verify your ‘Bank Profile’ used for withdrawals. The name of your bank account must match the name of your BetKing account. The Welcome Bonus cannot be activated without a verified bank account.
  7. Return to Inactive Bonuses > Activate
  8. The first deposit amount must be wagered 2x using real money to convert the bonus into real money.
  9. Bets must meet the following criteria to count towards the bonus wagering requirements
    • Sports bets only

  12. Bonus funds are valid for 30 days from the date of activation. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements at the end of the bonus validity period will be removed from the bonus wallet.
  13. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other bonuses. 
  14. If evidence of a breach of the promotion rules is verified, or BetKing deems that the bets placed guarantee customer winning regardless of the results of events, we reserve the right to forfeit the bonus amount from the offer.
  15. Promotional offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, Interswitch account etc), and shared computer, e.g. public library or workplace. BetKing reserves the right to forfeit the offer availability if the player is deemed to have already participated in the promotion
  16. BetKing reserves the right to stop the offer to any customer or group of customers at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion. This will also consider users who have been found attempting to defraud the bonus system including the opening of multiple accounts, betting collusion, and other methods.
  17. BetKing reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim, or refuse any promotion at its own discretion
  18. In the unlikely event that a bonus amount is transferred to a main wallet prior to a reopening of events, BetKing reserves the right to reclaim the transferred bonus amount

  20.  Once you pause the bonus, bets will no longer contribute to the wagering requirements until bonus is restarted.
