Free Bets Terms & Conditions

 

1. Eligibility

Qualification for a free bet is available to customers in receipt of an online BetKing account and follow the necessary outlined within the terms & conditions of any free bet promotion that they are eligible for. 

2. Specifications

2.1. The winnings from the free bet shall not include the amount staked. 

2.2. Free bets shall not be cashed out or converted to a deposit in your BetKing account. 

2.3. The free bets shall be used on single or multiple bets. The free bets shall not be used on combination bets including Split, Singles, System, or any other related bet type. 

2.4. Each free bet promotion (e.g., “Glow Up Promo”) is one per eligible customer. 

2.5. BetKing reserves the right to remove free bet winnings in the event of palpable errors, fraud, cheating, collusion, use of multiple accounts, abuse of the free bet and failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions set forth. 

2.6. The free bet cannot be combined with real money stakes. 

2.7. Awarded free bets will be subject to an expiry date and shall only be redeemed during the duration of the promotion set forth in the promotional terms & conditions. 

2.8. The free bet stake shall only be used in full on one bet. The free bet stake shall not be split over more than one bet.  

2.9. BetKing reserves the right to withdraw and cancel free bets in the event of an abuse of the free bet and or a breach of the terms and conditions set forth.  

2.10. Where a free bet has been voided, the customer may contact BetKing for the grant of a new free bet before the expiration of the duration for the free bet. The free bet will be made available again if the expiration date is not reached by then.  

2.11. Free bets shall not be contributory to any other free bet bonuses or cash back bonuses offered by BetKing. 

2.12. Free bets are non-withdrawable. 

2.13. Free bets can be viewed in My Account > Free Bets and within the Betslip. 

2.14. Free bets can only be placed at (m.betking.com). Free bets cannot be placed on our mobile lite site (mlite.betking.com) or desktop (betking.com).  

2.15. Free bets awarded to a customer may only be redeemed on the product that it was qualified for. I.e., if a customer qualifies for a free bet on Sportsbook, the free bet can only be redeemed on Sportsbook. Likewise, if a customer qualifies for a free bet on Virtual, the free bet can only be redeemed on Virtual. Customers are eligible to have separate free bets on both Sportsbook and Virtual at the same time, but they cannot be mixed across the different products. 

2.16. Free bets shall not be valid for virtual jackpot prizes. 

2.17. Free bets shall not be used on the BetKing Jackpot Bets product (Pick 11, or any iteration thereafter). 

2.18. Free bets shall not be used on BetKing Casino. 

2.19. Free Bet are not valid on certain markets. Please find a list of the markets below. Such markets must be removed from the Betslip for the free bet to be placed. Any bet placed on these markets may end up in losing your Free Bet without any winnings.

3. Disqualification

BetKing reserves the right to disqualify an eligible user of the BetKing platform from the free bet if it detects any fraud, irregularity, abuse or other form of foul

 

4. General Terms

4.1. The free bet is promoted by SV Gaming Limited, trading as BetKing and shall run for the Period.  

4.2.  BetKing’s decision on a dispute in relation to this free bet is final. No further correspondence will be entered into with respect to the free bet after such decision. 

4.3. The award of the free bet is done entirely at the discretion of BetKing. 

4.4. The use of free bets shall be subject to the general terms and conditions as contained on BetKing’s website.
